PALESTINIAN HOLOCAUST: BETRAYAL OF THE BLACK PETTY BOURGEOISIE
BLOOD, BUSINESS, AND BLIND EYES
There’s a genocide happening right now. We see dead children. We see bombed hospitals. We hear the cries of a people being wiped out. It’s called the Palestinian Holocaust, and history will look back at this moment and ask: Where were you? What did you do? What did you say?
But what breaks my heart most is the silence from our so-called “Black elite.” The petty bourgeoisie — the comfortable class, the ones with jobs, titles, grants, and brand deals — they’ve sold out. They've chosen to keep quiet while people are slaughtered, because speaking up might cost them something.
HISTORY DOESN’T FORGIVE SILENCE
When America bombed Libya, killed African leaders, or let Black folks drown in Hurricane Katrina, we screamed. But now? Now some of us are choosing brand partnerships over truth. Scholarships over soul. We’re watching another group face the same system we claim to hate, but this time — we’re silent. Or worse, we parrot the lies of the same system that once called us “terrorists” too.
The Black bourgeoisie has chosen comfort over conscience. And that’s betrayal.
PETTY PRIVILEGE AND POLITICAL COWARDICE
These are the same folks who post MLK quotes on Instagram, but forget that Dr. King called America "the greatest purveyor of violence in the world." They march for George Floyd but won’t march for Gaza. They wear dashikis and host diversity brunches but can’t say the word “genocide.”
Why? Because their status is tied to the very institutions funding Israel’s bombs.
They want invites to panels, fellowships, TED Talks. They fear being labeled “antisemitic” more than they fear being morally bankrupt.
FROM SELMA TO GAZA — THE STRUGGLE IS ONE
When we say “Black Lives Matter,” that should mean all lives oppressed by empire — not just when it’s convenient. Palestinians are being killed with U.S. weapons. Funded by our tax dollars. Covered up by our media. And some of us, who know better, are too busy networking to speak.
Our silence is complicity. Our fear is betrayal.
We were once the moral compass. Now we’re negotiating contracts while children die under rubble.
WHAT YOU CAN’T BUY BACK — INTEGRITY
We can't keep trading truth for tokens. Some of us are so obsessed with proving we’ve “made it” that we’ve forgotten what we came from. You can't eat at the table of empire and call yourself a revolutionary.
The petty bourgeoisie will be remembered not just for what they did — but what they refused to do. They will not be judged by their job titles, but by their silence when the bombs fell.
THE BLOOD IS ON THE HANDS OF THE SILENT
The Palestinian Holocaust is real. And the betrayal is clear. This isn’t just about politics — it’s about the soul of the Black community. Do we stand with the oppressed? Or do we just pretend to when it’s safe, trendy, or profitable?
The world is watching. And history keeps receipts.
