Every day, we wake up with a choice. That choice determines the direction of our energy, our thoughts, and our purpose. But too often, instead of choosing to rise, we choose distractions. We choose arguments, gossip, temporary pleasures, and shallow pursuits. We spend hours chasing things that do not feed our spirit or sharpen our minds. And while we’re busy focusing on low vibrational foolishness, time slips away. The world keeps moving, and we find ourselves further behind—spiritually, emotionally, and collectively.
We have to stop and ask: are we building anything meaningful with the energy we use each day? Are we strengthening our families, educating ourselves, deepening our spiritual connection, or are we wasting our energy on things that drain us? Too many of us are caught in a cycle of empty entertainment, online drama, shallow validation, and material obsession. We have been conditioned to believe that status, image, and attention are the highest goals, but those things are hollow without inner growth. They leave us feeling more insecure, more empty, and more disconnected from our true purpose.
There is a spiritual war going on, and it's not just about religion or belief systems. It’s about the direction of your soul. It's about the battle between your higher self—the part of you that wants to grow, heal, and rise—and your lower self, which craves comfort, distraction, and ego-driven rewards. The low vibrational lifestyle pulls you away from your goals. It whispers to you that it’s okay to indulge, to procrastinate, to blame others, and to coast. It tells you that a little lie here and a little dishonor there won’t hurt. But these are seeds that grow into weeds, slowly choking out your potential.
In our community, we have so much brilliance, talent, and power. But when we allow our energy to be hijacked by foolishness, we weaken our impact. Petty arguments on social media, drama-filled relationships, the glorification of toxic behavior—these are all distractions. They may seem small, but they add up. They train our minds to look down instead of up. They keep us cycling in pain, dysfunction, and surface-level living. Healing takes focus. Growth takes discipline. And building a better life takes conscious effort every single day.
We need to protect our minds and spirits the same way we would guard our homes. Just because the world normalizes something doesn’t mean it's harmless. Gossip might seem harmless, but it destroys trust. Jealousy might seem natural, but it eats away at joy. Addictions to validation, to substances, or even to drama are spiritual traps. We must examine how we use our time. We must reflect on who we allow into our space and what we give our attention to. Are we feeding the part of us that wants to be wise, grounded, and free? Or are we feeding the part of us that just wants to escape?
This life is not promised to any of us. Each day is a gift. And we cannot afford to waste our gifts chasing empty things. The call now is to rise higher. To reconnect with what matters. To invest in what makes us whole. It might not be easy, and it might not be popular, but it is necessary. Because the cost of staying in low vibrations is too high. We lose our clarity. We lose our purpose. And we lose the chance to build something beautiful for those coming after us.
So the question remains—are we focusing on what makes us better, or are we wasting time in low vibrational foolishness? The answer is in how we live, not just what we say. Let’s choose better. Let’s choose growth. Let’s choose to rise.
